Without internet

Everything you opened recently stays available without internet, and the app still opens once you've used it on that phone.

Changes without internet

Without internet, a banner tells you. What you change is saved on your phone, shows right away and catches up when the internet is back. The banner says how many changes are waiting.

Conflicts

If someone else changed the same thing meanwhile, the app asks: keep your version or use the saved one. Nothing is overwritten silently.

What needs internet

Signing in, inviting people, changing roles, payments and uploading photos need internet; those buttons are turned off until it's back.
